Filter Cage

For the production of filter cages, iron bars in roll form are made flat with the help of the machine and cut to the desired length. The cut iron bars are welded by placing iron rings between them at certain distances in the automatic centering machine to be turned into a cage. Then, the cover is mounted on the lower part and the desired venturi type is mounted on the upper part, and the painting process is started. Filter cages painted using electrostatic paint are ready for delivery.

The wire cages are cleaned of burrs after production, and the possibility of any tearing and deformation while putting on and removing the filter bags is minimized. With the electro galvanizing process, rusting is delayed and the life of the wire cages is extended.
